Fell victim to a eBay scammer and received a cheap bracelet instead of my order (thank goodness for paypal protection). Funny thing is that this is the first time I've had a parcel opened and inspected by NZ Customs. I've had a few past orders that I could have been pinged, but one customs pays attention to is the crappy bead bracelet

Dad is selling the house and I won't be living with him wherever he goes (I have one guess).
I really need to get my shit sorted out to a) sell the remaining sale stuff and b) figure out where to put all the stuff I want to keep and if that pile has to get smaller

The more I work at the finances, the more depressed I get

Each month my outgoings will be $250 more than I make in the month ...
The only way to reduce that is to get a cheaper mortgage, but at the rate I can afford there are no houses available.

The only way I can afford is to rent, however pet friendly accommodation is non existent or would require me to buddy up with quite a few people

one of my friends up in christchurch got a do her up house, rented out one of the rooms and used the money from the renting of the room to fix up the house, it worked out really well and gave him a project, you could always ask a relastate agent company what houses they have in your price range see if they could do the looking for you

Renting out a room would definitely solve the shortfall, but no bank would give me money where in order to pay off the mortgage I require an unknown (ie, getting a renter)

Forced the issue with Dad, playing the tough love card
Pretty sure it backfired on me

EDIT: A few hours later I am told that the house is not being sold and I am stuck with him until death
So, yay.. until the next drama

I wonder if he decided to be sensible or if he was told to be sensible

When my current animals die (     ), then I can review my living status

Not sure why, but the new TF figures are just not cutting it. Even if there was a 25% off sale at Farmers, I could not buy the new movie TF's. The quality just seems poor... :x :x :x

Not a good start...

They all look like KO's. They look alright in the reviews, but really cheap looking in person.

The one thing i'll give the new movie TF's is the paint apps are way better than past movie lines.

When you see a trade me auction just listed without a buy now and ask the question if it can have one, then in less than 10 minutes a trademe sniping company grabs it before you get a chance for your newly added buy now. This same company has some very common Titan's return voyagers listed at $15 higher than retail so probably the combiner I missed out on will probably end up back on trademe within a week with a 100% mark up.

I know all's fair in love and war but this really left a bad taste in my mouth.

My phone suffered a common issue - bootloop
Was walking to walk and it just turned itself off and wouldn't turn on. Thankfully 24 month warranty, so have sent for repairs.
