I do enough walking that doing that alone is not enough
Nor is just doing weights/body weight training.

Need to do HIIT, but not a fan of the plans I have seen online - a walk/sprint/walk etc around the park has been pretty good to me

Hiit is far far easier in a group, way more motivating as well.
Another option is a boot camp type programme, they are everywhere and many aren't part of a gym.

I started middle of Jan with a30m cardio sessions followed by weights 3 times a week, and one hiit class a week. My weight has dropped only a few kilos since but I've noticed a definite shrinkage in my measurements , and noticeable definition in the muscle beneath the layers of blubber. Strength and stamina have both increased, as evident in the increasing weights I'm using. Stamina has jumped from a struggle to run 1/2 a km to my cardio warmup now consisting of an 8km cycle at at constant 30 km/h or more, followed by a 3km run with no stops. (Every 2nd cardio sesh is a small run with a 15m hiit sesh on the Exercycle.

I can only imagine how much better the results would be if I ate less crap lol.

Coming from someone who would never in a hundred years have thought of joining a gym, I find myself wishing I had done it years ago.
The gym session is also a great way to catch up on the podcasts :-)
no sig as photobucket nerfed it all

Walked into Warehouse South Dunedin looking for new Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Transformers and clothes

Looked in Hot Wheels dump bin, no new cars
Saw new cases up top
Found new Transformers, grabbed RID Stormshot
Checked out clothes and selected some
Saw second Hot Wheels dump bin, found two I wanted
Asked at customer service to get down a couple of cases of Hot Wheels, walk back to toy section
Ask to get down a case of Hot Wheels, got told stock was for Queenstown and if he did open he would have to re-count everything; told him I wanted to take advantage of the 5 for $9 deal. Told no

Put clothes, Transformer, Hot Wheels back on the peg and walked out

Will order online .. f**k the store

Not to play devil's advocate, but yeah... If the stock has already been allocated to another store, it's not worth anyones time (especially for $9) to bring that down, let someone rummage through it, then restock. It would literally cost more time than it's worth

Plus, if you just go and order online from the Warehouse, the Warehouse still gets your money, so I don't know who you're showing up there.

^ Aside from a few new cases, all that stock has been sitting there since Xmas

And order online = order from the USA
No way will I ever order from Warehouse online. Did that once, never again

Pokemon Go app forced an update that made playing via the PoGo Plus accessory impossible
Downloaded the newest update via APK and found bugs have not been resolved.

Thats the end of the road for the game I think ...

Yeah I bailed on it when they introduced all the new ones. Never see the other rare ones so why do I wanna catch more? I wonder how that game is doing. Is the gimmick over?

Knew it was coming, but I will be homeless "soon"

Dad is selling the house and I won't be living with him wherever he goes (I have one guess).
I really need to get my shit sorted out to a) sell the remaining sale stuff and b) figure out where to put all the stuff I want to keep and if that pile has to get smaller

Thought I'd try Premium Collectables website for a pre order, keeps saying "Sorry, this product is temporarily out of stock.
Clicked on a few others and still the same answer :?
Maybe it's just a glitch :D

Trying to buy tickets to a comedy show (Ed Byrne) and having to create a Ticketek account to buy them. Such a pain.

And having to unselect 6 boxes to not receive bullshit emails from them.

Thoroughly annoying experience.
