I loved that when Paul Darrow was asked about a remake of Blakes Seven he said it'd already been done and it was called Firefly :) Avon was always the most interesting character on that show - got the series in my big pile o' stuff to watch so it'll be interesting to see just how well it holds up today!

One of Avon ' s insults "quote" Villa says
why don't I ever win?
Avon replies
"it's because you're a born loser"

The way Paul Darrow says it .... it's just so him because he is supposedly the one with high intelligence.
The character was witty and kinda the brains when Blake was off the air.
The Liberator was cool and I wanted the toy as a child .

Actually I think I'm gona surf the net and see if they sell them.

A Kiwi one that some of us might remember, I found on youtube.

The Boy From Andromeda.

I remember it being in parts on one of the kids shows, I don't think I ever saw it as a whole though. Kinda wish that with the advancement of technology and whatnot that it was remade. I'm sure the costumes could be far better made now, in saying that the whole thing looks ok for when it was originally aired.
