For all the hype it was a rather large disappointment.

I like Maxima.

I reckon it'll get better as Machinima get more experience with the characters/world.

Hopefully it follows RWBY's format and gets longer and better as the seasons continue.

Episode 2; The Council

I really wanted to like this series. The visuals are pretty darned nice, but the characterizations seem off, the voice acting very hit or miss, and the dialogue stilted and awkward. And I say this as someone who hasn't kept up with reading the comics, so it isn't any divergence from their storyline that is throwing me. I'm hoping it gets better, but it's a rocky start so far for me at least.

These 5 min lots are annoying and cliffhangers at the end of each ep each annoying

4th Ep in and its starting to get some heart and momentum.

"What was that you always used to say Prime, oh yeh transform and roll out"

Good chuckle there. Also the fights are quite nicely styled.

Really like how Megatron is being portrayed, injected a bit of fun into his character. Easily the best episode so far.

Kind of weird that a series called 'Combiner Wars' has so little focus on actual combiners though. Hopefully it's building to something great.

I like it so far it's a change from the norm .
Roll out was a bit
Megatron looks beefier than Prime though.

Episode 7: Darkest Hour

Episode 8: Destruction's Dawn

I truly wanted to like this series and was anticipating its debut with enthusiasm, but it fell flat for me. I stopped looking forward to new episodes very quickly and felt obligated to watch the last two episodes rather than enthusiastic. More often than not the visuals were beautiful, but the show was joyless and awkward, and hamstrung by some dreadful voice choices and performances. Now that it is done, it felt like a missed opportunity to me.
