I was in Whitcouls in the plaza today and i noticed they had the new Thunderbird toys on the shelf. TB1, TB2&4 and TB3. the also had the 3.75" action figures. They look quite cool both the ships and figures look to be pretty good quality in terms of paint apps and such.

I can confirm the quality I ended up getting TB3 TB2/4 and the tb2 playset very nice items

Kmart palmy has wave the combine wars, there is cyclonus, hot spot, took, first aid, street wise and blades, one each. Couldn't see any legends class figures though. Looks like we missed out on wave two :-)

Thanks, but the palmy store I have found notoriously poor for putting new stock out, or in fact any stock on the shelves at all. The people in charge of the toys here are fairly crap at their job.
Most of the time if we want something from the warehouse we will go to the smaller store in feilding, they are far better at keeping their stock up to date in most areas of the store. I know a few people that go travel there for stuff as they know that it will generally be out on the shelves.

not TF related but I see Kmart have Star Wars TFA basic figures for $10. I think that's a fair price for a 5 POA figure, they should have been that right for day one. I may have even collected them.

I often wonder how many collectors they lost from the major reduction in articulation and detail while keeping the price the same. I know they say collectors are a tiny percentage of sales and dont matter but I've always thought that to be dubious.

well for years they told us we only made up a small percentage less then 5% then just last year they came out with that we make up 52% of transformers sales, so im willing to beat the same can be said about starwars.

When I walk into a store a see a deluxe case of 8 with 1 or 2 missing and it's a bumblebee I think a child has bought that. When I see 4 missing and lots of bb I think collector.
